I like how you used a picture to emphasize your parody. The picture truly creates the image that you are conveying in your parody. It is a bit vague on why the new socks are in a blackshoe, but then again, the plums being in an icebox could be considered random too. You used Williams' structure and used some of his words and used his tone.
note: "new" - not new to the owner, but new to the person who puts on the socks for the first time.
