"The Road Not Taken" by Robert Frost carries a retrospective tone as its speaker is reflecting about his choices in life and determining that he has made the right choices even though he chose his path differently than most people.

I think this is a mostly good thesis. You probably should discuss a little bit more on what the poem is about. Aside from that, you do get strait to the point on what you are arguing about Frost. Your argument does answer a question. So the only suggestion would probably be to mention a little more on what the poem is about.
